Core Training Dates

ALF Core Training is beneficial for any ALF staff.  For those who are required to attend, successful completion of Core Training includes passing an ALF Core Competency Test.
Below is information needed to register for core training:

1.Pre-registration is required.
Download and complete the registration form from this site and return it with appropriate fees one week before the beginning of the training date.
Late registrants are on a case by case basis subject to approval by Beverly Bates, RN.

NOTE: ONLY MONEY ORDERS and PAYPAL PAYMENTS ARE BEING ACCEPTED.

2. This training is required to cover specific subjects and each person must attend ALL portions of the training sessions. Failure to do so will prevent you from taking the state competency test.

3. No fees will be refunded if this office does not receive written notice of cancellation five (5) business days prior to the start of training. Fees paid for training missed will not be applied toward any future training. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. Beverly Bates, RN Consultant reserves the right to refuse to provide training and/or professional services to anyone at any time. Individuals seeking Core Training are not considered registered until both registration form and all fees are obtained.

Training may be subject to change or cancellation.
