Beverly Bates, RN Consultant is Registered as an approved Core Trainer through the Department of Elder Affairs, a Florida State Certified ALF Administrator, Certified Food Manager, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Licensed Health Care Risk Manager and a Certified ALF Alzheimer's disease trainer through the Florida Policy Exchange Center on Aging.

As a former Director of Staff Education and Development, Beverly Bates has over 15 years of experience in the education of adult employees.  She understands the commitment necessary to effectively instruct and guide those who care for our elder population.  Her nursing background of 25 years brings obvious advantages for specific types of training for employees that are involved with elders and their personal care.
